The Baseball Academy is pleased to announce we have purchased the Triple Crown franchise for both baseball and fast pitch softball for all of Utah and parts of Idaho and Nevada.  We have formed a new affiliated entity to conduct the tournaments named Mountainwest Triple Crown. The schedule for the Mountain West Triple Crown upcoming events will be announced at an open house event at the Baseball Academy building on Tuesday November 20th.   In the open house we will discuss this new opportunity for teams to play in qualifying local tournaments, in order to be able to compete in the Triple Crown National Tournaments.  We will also provide information about the broad age groups which can compete in these events, to better assist you in planning your next season.

Qualifying for Triple Crown National Events – Steamboat / Las Vegas

1.      Teams who qualify out of state still must attend at least one Mountainwest series event

2.      Win a Mountainwest event

3.      Attend four events and finish in the top four in at least one of those events

4.      Attend all five events with at least a 500 record.
